Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to individuals 18 years of age or older.

• No purchase necessary to enter. A free entry option is provided (see below).

Promotion Period:

• Entries will be accepted beginning November 29, 2025 and ending at 11:59 PM CST on December 24, 2025.

How to Enter:

• Each person who purchases Living History Natchez tickets before Christmas will automatically be entered into the giveaway.

• Those wishing to enter without purchase may submit their name, phone number, and email via the entry form at LivingHistoryNatchez.com or by email request to info@ourrestorationnation.com

  Prizes:

  • The winner will receive two (2) admission tickets to one Friends & Family Cocktail Hour held on March 13 or March 20, 2026 (winner may choose which evening).

  • Approximate retail value of prize: $200.

  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other event tickets.

  Winner Selection & Notification:

  • Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on December 26, 2025.

  • Winners will be notified by email and/or text message within 48 hours.

  • If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

  General Conditions:

  • This promotion is void where prohibited.

  • Living History Natchez reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or force majeure.

  • Participation constitutes entrant’s consent to Living History Natchez’s use of the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  Liability:

  • Living History Natchez and associated partners are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for technical or electronic malfunctions of any kind.

  Privacy:

  • Personal information collected for this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
